Description
The Jourdain lantern takes a classic farmhouse shape and builds it from aluminum, with a curved arm, a pitched cap and a gridded frame around clear glass panels. Choose sand black for a clean grounded look or the antique finish for weathered character against brick and timber. The arm holds the body clear of the wall so the glow is not trapped against the siding, and the compact frame keeps a doorway from feeling crowded.
Clear panels leave the bulb visible and let warm light spread evenly in every direction rather than pushing it in a single beam. The E27 socket takes a standard replaceable bulb, so you can swap brightness later without touching the fixture. An IP44 rating handles dust and splashing rain, which makes covered porches, balconies, eaves and sheltered walkways the right place for it. A wall switch controls it.
